FAQ

What is the dress code for the ceremony and reception?

  • Black tie optional. For men, this means tuxedos or dark suits (excepting Uncle Peter and his colorful pant collection). For women, this generally means full-length or mid-length silhouettes. If you have a question about a specific outfit please let us know!

What is the dress code for the welcome drinks?

  • Palm Beach casual. For men, button-down and collared shirt, jacket or no-jacket, whatever makes you happy. For women, colorful dresses, skirts, pants and blouses.

What should we post on social media?

  • Go ahead and post those pictures of your outfit and weekend adventures! We ask that you please do not post anything from our wedding events (e.g., welcome drinks, ceremony, reception). We are generally private people and wish to share our special day only with YOU, our closest friends and family.

When should we take pictures?

  • We welcome you to take pictures Friday at the welcome drinks, and Saturday at the cocktail hour, and reception. We would love for you to share the best ones with us via a shared album we will put on our website after the wedding. Please do not take pictures during the ceremony. The church has a no-phones policy and we ask that you respect this by turning your phone off when you arrive.

May I bring a plus one?

  • Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate the designated individuals named on your invitation.

May children attend?

  • No, please leave the little ones at home.

How late should I plan to stay?

  • The band will play until 11 PM so come ready to dance! When you are ready to head home, the buses will be looping back to the Colony and West Palm hotels starting at 9:30 PM.

I have another question. Whom should I ask?

  • Ask us! Send us an email at travis.m.kuster@gmail.com and fsbarnhart@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
